Expression system of recombinant proteins with enhanced yield and immunogenicity

Provided is a recombinant protein of interest expression system in the host cell, which comprises the nucleic acid fragment mostly consisting of the nucleic acid sequence encoding the protein transduction domain of SEQ ID NO: 1, the nucleic acid sequence encoding the Hsp40 J domain and the nucleic acid sequence encoding the protein of interest. The nucleic acid fragment can operatively link to host-specific transcriptional and translational control elements useful for expression of recombinant protein of interest in the host cell. Also provided is a recombinant protein of interest preparation method with enhanced yield in the host cell.
